(Assistant). Establishing financial status through the creation and application
of systems for data collection, analysis, verification, and reporting is one of
his or her duties. Also, someone who can work closely with our team in charge
of financial management is needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee and
supervise the day-to-day activities of the accounting department, which
include:

I. month and
year-end procedures

 II. Accounts Payable/Receivable,

III. Receipts
for money

IV: General
Ledger

V. Payroll
and utility payments

VI. Treasury,
budgets, section

 VII . Cash projections,

VIII.
Analysis of variance in revenue and spending

IX Capital
asset reconciliations,

X. Trust
account statement reconciliations

XI. Checking
runs

XII.  Fixed asset,

• Observe and
  evaluate accounting data, and create financial statements or reports
• Develop and
  uphold ethical accounting procedures, rules, and standards.
• Organize and
  complete yearly audits
•  
• Please offer
  suggestions.
• Systematically
  enhance processes and practices and take corrective action
• To ensure
  compliance and correctness, assign tasks and oversee workers.
• Fulfill the
  goals of financial accounting
• Create and
  maintain financial records to record transactions.
